How does your service work?
Most services are carried out in your home, or event site. I bring all of the food & necessary service items (plates, utensils, napkins, and pots & pans). I even provide printed menus & clean up.
Are there set menus, or do I get to make my own?
We will work together to customize the best menu for you and your guests. The only set menus I offer are for specific promotions, such as the Super Savor Menu.
Are you a caterer?
I am a private chef, not to be confused with a caterer. I come to your home, or event space and prepare & set up your food, but I do not have a wait staff or bartenders to serve you, but am happy to offer resources for these services.
If I don't want to have the event in my home, do you know of any local event spaces?

Do you provide wine or alcohol?
Unfortunately, I am NOT licensed to provide or serve alcohol, but I will be more than happy to provide you with suggested wine or beer pairings to compliment your meal. We also have partnered with Taste This! to offer Food & Wine Tastings.
What geographic areas do you serve?
Services are primarily offered to Seattle and the Eastside, Tacoma to Everett & everywhere in-between. Chef Jay has traveled as far north as Anacortes, and as far south as Olympia (a small travel fee may apply)...and he's willing to go anywhere by car, boat, or plane to provide services.
What is your payment policy?
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required for most services to reserve your date. The balance is due on the day of the service.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Payment is accepted by cash, check or credit card. Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover cards are accepted. You can also send money via Paypal.
