A refreshing homemade beverage for those warm spring days and into the summer...
Ingredients:
2 cups water
2 cups sugar
1 medium sized ginger root, peeled & minced
1 bottle of club soda
Method:
1. Place water, sugar, and ginger root into a medium saucepan. Dissolve sugar & bring to a boil.
2. Simmer until a light syrup is formed (about 10-12 minutes)
3. Allow to cool.
4. Pour over ice and mix w/one bottle of club soda.
