"I hired Chef Jay to cook a very special meal for a 40th birthday party. I told him what kind of cuisine I was looking for and he provided me with a fantastic menu that satisfied many taste buds. He arrived at my home and spent about 6 hours cooking the meal and when he left, the kitchen was much cleaner than when he arrived!
He also suggested some wine to pair with the meal. I had a request for an unusual dessert that he also made happen. My guests were greeted by the smells of little Italy and they could not wait to eat.
The presentation was beautifully displayed as family style and did not feel like a catered event. He was very professional, but also very personal as we talked several times prior to the event to ensure that everything was to my liking. He also offered to help me with any other details for the event, which went above and beyond what I expected from him. Overall my experience with Chef Jay was excellent and I would definitely hire him again for an event."
