"Great meals are one of life’s true delights. However, dining in even the best of restaurants is so often disappointing: long wait; poor table location; noisy and/or cold and drafty; so-so service and fear of the consequences of having a glass of wine or two. Good fortune has allowed my husband and me to live with one of the best views in all Seattle from our home, therefore take-out meals are a frequent choice.
Jay offers the best of both worlds. His timing was perfect, not just the arrival, but the pacing of the dinner. We felt neither anxious nor rushed. His meal was custom, extraordinarily delicious, and impeccably prepared and served. The final touch – no evidence of his having been in our home, except the smile on our faces.
